Step 1: Select a camper and send your booking request
If you're looking for the perfect camper for your trip, the best place to start is www.paulcamper.com. Once you've entered your starting point and chosen booking dates, you'll be able to see all the available campers in your area.
You can then filter your search results, e.g. vehicle type, price per night or number of sleeping spaces.
Once you've found your ideal camper, you can send a non-binding booking request to the owner. Open the camper profile and select the booking dates (if you haven't done this already). Then click 'Booking request'.
Now all you need to do is fill in the form and submit your non-binding booking request.
Step 2: Get to know each other and receive an offer
Your booking request is forwarded directly to the camper owner and they will contact you. This way you can clarify any questions and perhaps make an appointment to view the camper.
Once you and the owner reach an agreement, the owner will send you an offer. You now have two options:
- Confirm the offer by clicking 'Accept offer'.
- Change your booking dates as required by sending a request to change the booking under 'Change booking request'.
- If the new dates are not available, click 'Change booking request' and then 'Reject offer'.
Please note: Don't wait too long to make a decision, the offer will expire in 72 hours.
Step 3: Book and enjoy your camper
Accepting the offer means your camper booking is confirmed. After completing your booking, you will be redirected to the payment options. You can view your payment status and other booking documents at any time. Just log in to www.paulcamper.com and go to 'My bookings'.
