In addition to the fixed price or three-season pricing system, you have the option of using flexi-prices. This allows you to set your prices flexibly and specify up to five different seasonal periods with rental prices per season to suit you.
In contrast to the fixed price or three-season pricing system, flexi-prices mean you can choose your seasonal periods and corresponding rental prices. This allows you to:
- take account of school holidays and bank holidays in your region;
- manage your booking capacity in relation to popular or less popular dates via your price.
For example, you can raise your prices in the peak season when there is greater demand. In low seasons, you can attract potential renters by lowering your prices to make available slots more appealing.
